Profugo seeks to help individuals in developing and under-developed communities of the world break out of the vicious cycles of oppression by implementing “Centers of Development” (CODs). A “Center of Development (COD)” is a three pronged strategy that involves:

• Health Center
• Business Development Center
• Micro-Finance Center

These three components address issues that are believed to be critical in the progressive improvement of the lives of individuals.
