Profugo organizes events that are great opportunities to learn and network. Profugo also participates in events organized by other organizations. We are especially excited about events that provide a platform for International Development and Fair Trade. In 2008, Profugo organized a 5K race called 'Sweat For Hope'. The event drew people with varied interests and backgrounds. In future years, the hope is to plan the event in other cities.
