a global neighborhood for a better quality of life

Who We Are

Regular People
We are ordinary people looking to join hands with our global neighbor in Wayanad, India. As a team of passionate volunteers, we combine our skills, resources, and knowledge in partnership with communities to end the effects of poverty. Together, we work towards sustainable, community-led solutions in the areas of business and health.

What We Do

Building Bridges - Neighbors
Our concept is a grassroots approach to community development. The model is simple: we establish centers where communities can partner with us to improve their economic standing through business training, microloans, and education. These centers also provide access to health services and health awareness for communities. Our innovative approach combines these pillars to address the basic needs of communities in Wayanad and walk with them towards lasting solutions to poverty.

Get Involved

How Can You Help?
Profugo seeks to unite communities with volunteers who desire to lend their skills, resources, and communities to break the cycle of poverty as one global community. Profugo’s approach to partnership with our neighbors in Wayanad would not be possible without our international volunteers. Our team is looking for those with the heart to see beyond boundaries of land, sea, and culture and extend their hand.   Join us today.
